Child theme is not working on the theme. The header and footer don't come through. Also I can't seem to edit pages with elementor on the child theme using elementor.
I've tried to log into your website, but we had some problems on reaching it, it gives us an error, so can you please take a look at the following article on how to fix it?
That is very weird because I did not have any of this problem before giving my website log in to you guys. If find this very irresponsible how you answer my question. I don't have any knowledge about this problem and how to fix it. This theme what you guys have created is creating a lot of problems for me!!!! So i hope you can find a solution because i did not have any of these problem before giving my wp log in to you guys
As you can see, the reply when you've sent the wp-admin is marked as a private reply, so no one else can view it except you and the support team, and since the support team hasn't logged in yet, this means that the issue hasn't come by our side.
We've also attached an article that will show you how to fix this issue, so please take a look at it and tell us if we can continue to log in and check the child theme issue.
This issue can also be coming from the child theme if you have activated it.
You can also check the following article on "How To Delete A Theme Using FTP & CPanel", so please check the following article and delete the child theme, so I can log in and install the child theme again.
