I paid 50 extra dollars for professional to set this up on envato only to receive message that the problem was not my installation process but he sent this message:
Please note there is bug in the license activation plugin and you need to contact the theme seller here to fix and activate it.
this was a waste of 50 dollars because that was the same issue I was having when I decided to hire the installer.

I've just logged into your website with the admin that you've provided in our email, and I was able to activate the Neuron Builder, so I've deactivated the Envato Market plugin and I've put the API Key at the Dashboard > Neuron > License.
