Can you please try to deactivate all of the plugins (besides these that are required by the theme), and check if the issue is gone, if so, then activate them one by one until the issue is back, this will help you to figure out which plugin is causing the issue.

I am very sorry for the late reply, we have lots of tickets and we're trying to cover as much as possible.

Otivar theme:

I saw that you were using an old version of the Neuron Builder plugin, so I've updated it to the latest version by going to Dashboard > Plugins, and now the license is activated.

Bifrost theme:

This seems to be an issue with the width of the section that is holding the gallery because when I increase the section content width, it is displaying alright on all the screens.

I've added the following code at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, and now the footer is displaying alright on the portfolio single templates on mobile/tablet devices.

Please make sure to click on the Global Widget, then click on the Edit Global widget, but notice that if you made changes to it, it will be applied to that widget everywhere on the site.
