I saw that you were missing the plugins that are required by the theme, so I've installed them by going at Appearance > Install Plugins, now you can continue to activate the license and import the demo data.
We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)
