I have just purchased and install the Biforst theme, following the steps of this video below. But once I have reached the Demo Import page and import the desired demo, an "Import Fail" message appeared. I have also attached the screen shot of this error message.
Also, when i was setting up the theme, when I reached the Plugin Installation section, there were only 3 plugins showed, but from the YouTube tutorial video it seems there were more plugins. I had to install manually these plugins but i am not sure if it is all there. I have also attached the installable file that i use to install the theme.

Just one question though. When I use one of the header design and save it, then when I go back to Theme Customization, when i try to pick other header template it wouldn't show the different header designs.

I'm seeing that the header template is being displayed alright on the home page, so if there's displaying another header on a specific page, please go to the page settings > header and make sure that all of the header settings are set to inherit.
I have an issue with all of the items that I have inserted links into, whenever I hover over these items there will appear a black underline. This underline will also appear when hovering over buttons within the website body (except for the one in the header).
I have managed to find a work around for this. But when I linked an image it will still show underline when I hover on the item. For the items that i tried to link (photos) instead of using the Image widget I used Image Box instead and when I linked them and hover over it there wasn't any underline.
But for the Essential Addons Creative Button that I am using there is still seem to have a black underline when i hover over them. For example, the button in the Hero section with just the border without any background color ( ABOUT THE CONTEST), when you hover over it there will appear an additional line underneath making the bottom border thicker when hovered.

I'm not finding any button that has an underline on hover, can you please attach a screenshot of it, anyway, can you please add the following code at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and check if this solves the issue.

Hi,
It seems like your server is blocking the request to our server (503 error), if you access directly the URL you can find the content.xml file.
- https://neuronthemes.com/"theme-name"/demo-importer/main-demo.xml
So there are two solutions.
1) Contact the hosting provider and explain the issue (503 issue in importing).
2) Save the file from main-demo.xml and go to Dashboard > Tools Import and import the file manually(XML file).
