I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
I've duplicated that footer template and named it "Footer #1", and then I was able to select it at Customize > Footer >Template and it is displaying alright on the page.
Hey the background color of the website is black, I tried to change it but it still displaying black, can you change it in white. See other site pages you see big different in it
Have you managed to solve it, because I'm not seeing the black background at the footer, or there's a specific page that is displaying the black color?
This is happening because of the black background color that you've added to the homepage, because the footer has a color with opacity then the black color will be applied also in the footer, you can check the screenshot of how the color is fixed as soon as I remove it from the background.

The Problem is only on the home page
