We would be glad to help you to solve the difficulties that you're facing with our Merope theme, you also have video tutorials that you can watch and get to know how to work with a Neuron theme, here's also a link to the documentation.
But if you have already decided not to use our Merope theme, of course, we'll accept the refund.
