    Hi, I submitted a refund request days ago but no reply. The theme I bought looks nice but is very hard to get setup. I have no success and give up and would like a refund. Thank you!

    We would be glad to help you to solve the difficulties that you're facing with our Merope theme, you also have video tutorials that you can watch and get to know how to work with a Neuron theme, here's also a link to the documentation.

    Thank you, I already submitted the refund request the same day I downloaded. But no response. I will have to open PayPal return and see if that works better.
