1.I've set up another menu, wanted to replace it on the webpage, but it's not changing.
2. The portfolio page suppose to have a few images appearing, but when i click the link, it suppose to connect to simple-portfolio page. Where can I connect the hyperlink???
3. I was trying to figure out where to change the main background with your instructions, but still can't get it. I have clicked all layers of navigator, still did not find this background that you changed for me.

You can use the navigator to find the second section of the page.]
Not my first timing using wordpress to build a site, but this theme is seriously not very user friendly to a rocky. The theme is really nice, the support's response is relatively fast, just the editor that often made me speechless, if I have to rely everything to the support, my work will need to delay. And I asked a few times if could be refunded, the question was being ignored.
1) Please go to your heder template, click on the Nav Menu element, and there you can choose the new menu that you've created.
2) You have to open the "Portfolio" item on Elementor Editor, then go to the Portfolio Item settings, and there you can insert a redirect link.
3) I'm attaching some screenshots again on how you can change the background image, so please take a look at them.
We can accept the refund, but we would be more glad to help you solve these issues, as they're not big issues, asking for the refund just because you can't manage to change the background image by yourself isn't fair for us, because we've told you that plenty of times, so if you want to continue with the Otivar theme we will help you to get to know on how to work with Elementor & Neuron Builder.

I hope you can see that i'm trying very hard to adopt your theme as well, just for your service. However, the theme is not only because I can't change the background that I wanted a refund, since the first time I asked, no direct response from you, so I thought maybe I should give myself a little more time to adopt. And still, I find it so hard to follow, even having your "half-shown" screenshots, I also couldn't get the right way, for every action i make on this website without help, i can do nothing, but just wait for support, most of the time spent into waiting and the progress took so long...just find it....nono, I don't think i can take it anymore, it's still a long way to go. I saw that you're not using the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, so I've updated it by going to Dashboard > Plugins, and now everything is alright with the site because all of the Neuron Elements are included in the Neuron Builder which is free to use with the theme.

1) Please go to edit the Portfolio item on Elementor, click on the settings icon and there you can add the redirect link, but I've already done it a week ago, but notice that you have to check it when you're logged out, because the redirect won't work when you're logged in.
3) Please open the Overlay Menu template, or your header template where you have the menu displayed on Elementor Editor, then click on the Nav Menu element and there you have the option to choose your own menu, I've already choosed your menu on the Overlay Menu template.
For point 2, I still can't achieve it, I clicked outside of interactive link area, then click settings, and the bg i changed did not reflect out. Neither does going to the image > style tab > background image worked. I'd like to change the green color background (not the bg in the interactive link) if you didn't catch me. Perhaps you can do a screenshot of how to get to the right path?
For point 3, liked I just mentioned in previous msg, it still doesn't work, all the navigations in the left side bar DON'T WORK AT ALL. NO REACTION when clicking.
Yes, the license is activated, and on this site - http://test.fideliumgroup.com/, I could use all of the Neuron Builder elements, are you checking it on any other site, without the "test" on the URL maybe?

I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
Please check it again, or check it on another device, because the elements are working alright, because the Interactive Post element is a Neuron element, and you couldn't use it either, also the Portfolio element is a Neuron element in the Simple Portfolio page.
If it doesn't work also this time, please try to deactivate all plugins (besides Neuron Builder and Elementor) and check if the issue is gone, if so, then activate them one by one until the issue is back, this will help you to know which plugin is causing the issue.
Just to let u know, i've deactivated all plugin and install again, the editor sidebar doesn't work at all. I changed to chrome, still the same. Non of the functions i'm able to click. Enough for this theme, will make refund. thanks.

I saw that you're not using the latest version of the Neuron Builder plugin, so I've updated it by going to Dashboard > Plugins, and now everything is alright with the site because all of the Neuron Elements are included in the Neuron Builder which is free to use with the theme.
