So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
We'll take a deep look into this issue to fix it because that option to add the hero image on the search page was added a long time ago, and there seems to be an error with it, but we'll let you know for anything.
