I have tried 3 times to install Amina as a new theme on a staging site. The wizard says all plugins already installed, which they aren't, and then does not open the licence parts as per your video. I get the screen as in the grab attached- ie no link to setting APi verification possible. I can't proceed at all on site dev.
OK, having deactivated all plugins that were imported with the staging site replica of the main site, including wordfence, yoast etc, I have now managed to activate Neuron builder without site crashing. I am hoping once I need to reactivate those plugins, it won't crash.
Can't activate the license for Neuron builder now. I get to this screen and it won't accept my Envato api key. Which is correct. I saw someone else recently had the same issue and you said the version of neuron wasn't up to date. but it is what bundles with the theme! I have 1.0.2. is this the reason I get stuck? I am now wasting a tonne of time and feel like ditching the theme / Neuron as this is quite ridiculous!
I saw that you're using an old version of the Neuron Builder plugin, so I've updated it to the latest version (1.0.4.1) and now everything seems to be alright, also the license is activated.
I had to delete Amina and start again so I now have the same problem with being unable to get to license verification because Neuron builder is the old version. Please, is there some way to get the updated neuron builder so I don't have this issue all the time? Like customers can download it somewhere. I have 1.0.2 which won't work! Stuck in the same loop as last time.
Every time that there's an update of the Nueorn Builder plugin, you'll see it on the dashboard, so sometimes you may have to go to Dashboard > Updates > Check for updates to see it.
You can also take a look at the changelog of the plugin.

Please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins and make sure to install the Neuron Builder plugin, then go to Dashboard > Neuron > License.
