The mega menu is created as a template then it is called in the Menu, so you have to go to Dashboard > Saved Templates > Section and search for "Shop (Mega Menu)".

I see mega menu under the shop menu item, but i can not configure mega menu items. I can't see mega menu in plugins and admin panel menus.
How can i customize mega menu items?
