All of the Ginea pre-made Demo Pages are included in that Ginea Demo group, so you have to import the Ginea demo by going to the Dashboard > Neuron > Demo Importer.
I am very sorry for the late reply, we were not working on the weekend.
In our {Thenetheme (especially in our themes that are made via the Neuron Builder) we don't have custom theme options that usually can be found at Appearance > Customize, we don't have these options because our theme can be completely managed from Elementor, so if you have to assign a header to your site, in case to create the template and then go to Appearance > Customize to assign it to the site, you can simply assign it from Elementor Template Display Conditions, and so on.
You can take a look at the Documentation of the theme, also at the Video Tutorials, where you'll find anything you need to know on working with the Neuron Builder and Ginea Theme.
I cant import premium version of the theme. i have verified the purchase but the demo importer returns on Ginea demo import

okay seen, how do I customize theme, some elements are mot customizable and we have no theme options
