Unfortunately, there isn't any delete button in the demos, we're currently working on it.
But what you can do is after you've imported any demo and you want to use only one page of it, you can save that page as a template and export it, then you can reset your WordPress via the following plugin, and after the reset, you can import only that page.

Yes, there was a delete button, but it wasn't functioning as excepted, so we've removed it until we fix it, and currently, we're working on it.
