Hi Neuron Themes, I have a problem with Proton, with the portfolio pagination in the WP Bakery module. When I click the load more button and I click on the filter -to filter a category,- not everything in that category is loaded, in fact sometimes it loads just 1 item of 6.
The max showing is set on 12. I have deactivated all plugins and the problem still persists.
That's happening because in the "All" filter isn't being displayed any project from that category, because if there's a project displayed in the "All" filter, then it will be displayed in his category without clicking in the "Show More" button, so what you can do is to change the order of the projects of the "All" filter, and set there at least a post from each category, you can change the order via the following plugin or by changing the date of the projects.
Hi thank you for your reply. First: We solved the problem by putting the portfolio on show 1000 items. That worked and is ok.
About changing the order of the projects: Unfortunately the plugin doesnt change the order. Also it seems there is a similar plugin in the Proton template already, which doesnt change the sequence either by the way. So do you know another solution to change the order, except for changing the dates? When an items is added it's not placed on the top of the projects, but on the bottom: so the newest project is all the way on the bottom. Do you know a solution for that? Or can I change prefs somewhere? Thank you in advance,
If you set the order of the portfolio items to be based on the Menu Order, then they will be sorted based on their order at Dashboard > Portfolio Items, please check the attached screenshot.
