We're so sorry for your experience with our Centaurus theme, can you please provide me with your wp-admin, so I can take a quick look at it and see what's going on with it, I would be glad to help you to solve the issues that you're facing.
You can import the demo data of the Centaurus theme by going to Appearance > Import Demo Data, but unfortunately, the demo importer doesn't include any pre-build header or footer template, but if you need to change anything in the style of those components, please let me know so I can help you.

Ive installed a dif theme now and working with that. This theme really didnt do as I was expecting based on the examples. It was the shop classic example I was wanting to use if you look in the list of examples. But Like I say, I have reverted back to a dif theme now. Is it possible to get a refund please?

Just wondering if I can install say just the "Shop Classic" theme for example or does it have to be the job lot?
Ive installed the entire demo content but struggling to get it to look and function like the demo. There doesnt seem to be any templates to set as header and footer?
