Please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Portfolio > Portfolio Item > Navigation > Category and enable it, so when you click on the "Back To Portfolio" button, it will navigate you to the category of the project.
The confusing is that this "Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Portfolio > Portfolio Item > Navigation > Category" is already enabled, however when i click back to category it opens again the project item i am already in, and not its category as it is supposed to.
To achieve this we should customize some code of the theme, so I've installed the Arkhitekton Child to your website and added the updated file on the child theme, so after you update the theme, this customization of the code won't lose.
1. When it opens the project_category page at the bottom there is a message that says:

2. Is it possible to edit the projects_category page?
So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
2) We're sorry but the category pages can't be edited with Elementor, we can just edit them via some CSS code that you can add at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

I am a little confused about the "back to category" function at the project items. Where does it link to?
Shouldn't it be pointing to the page that includes the project items of the same category?

1) Please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Arkhitekton theme and Neuron Core plugin.
You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below:
