    Hi, when i try install theme and plugins get this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method Closure::call() in /.........../wp-content/plugins/neuron-builder/modules/template-library/module.php on line 34

    My versión Wordpress is: 5.7.2 ES

    My php version: 5.6.30 (i can't update)

    My mysql versión is:  Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.53 

    Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

    Hi,

    We're sorry but all the plugins and the theme is only compatible with the PHP higher version, the minimal required PHP version is PHP 7.0.

    If you can't update it we can offer you a refund, but we can't make the theme and plugin compatible with the PHP version 5.6.30.

    Thanks for reply. I set up a new server with wp 5.8, php 7.4, apache 2.4 and mysql  8.0.26.

    I install theme and all correct, but when i actived theme, in the last step show this error:

    "Fatal error: Access level to Neuron\Modules\ThemeBuilder\Documents\Theme_Document::get_create_url() must be public (as in class Elementor\Core\Base\Document) in /..../wp-content/plugins/neuron-builder/modules/theme-builder/documents/theme-document.php on line 53"

    Can you help me? Thx!

    Hi,

    We've released an update of the Neuron Builder plugin that will fix this issue, you can update it by deleting the old version that you have and installing it again by going at Appearance > Install Plugins.
