Aahh ok so I need slider revolution installed for this demo to work. I did wonder if it needed anything extra with the fancy scrolling. The recommended plugins option has disappeared now, could you send me the zip for the actual plugin too please and do I need a paid subscription for this to work?
I know this was a while back now but Ive hit the same issue on another website and based on our previous convo I went to the hosting provider. They ran some tests and nothing shows up their end and even a cURL request from the server returns the same 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error.
I know it can be done manually but I would like to get this working. Failing that can you give me a little run down of the manual process because last time I still ran into some errors.

It seems like your server is blocking the request to our server (503 error), if you access directly the URL you can find the content.xml file.

So there are two solutions.
1) Contact the hosting provider and explain the issue (503 issue in importing).
2) Save the file from main-demo.xml and go to Dashboard > Tools Import and import the file manually(XML file).

So grabbed the .xml file for the demo but still ran into a fatal error. So only option now is to contact the hosting provider right?
