We use some functions which connect directly with Envato API to see if the user made the purchase or not, we know it's exhausting, we're working on something easier which would activate it directly from your dashboard.
The reason why it didn't work is that other permissions were chosen as well, there should be only 3 and not others. (I'm sorry about this one too, it's the Envato API that requests this)
Can you please contact your host, because you don't have the permissions to make changes to the options.php file, the options.php file is a file that allows you to save options on the WordPress database, we've tried it by activating another theme and by installing the Envato Market plugin, but unfortunately, the changes that we've tried to make weren't saving.
I've imported the new theme for using pages but. now all the global CSS is overwritten, my custom-made pages are distorted now? how can I revert back? this is double work.

while activating the kaon theme it does not show licence activation box in the last step. enable to activate kaon.

Please go to Appearance > Install Plugins and see if the Neuron Builder was installed & activated or not, that's the core plugin of Kaon.
You can activate the license even after the wizard.
