I'm so sorry for the late reply,

Please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Utility > Title > Post tilte and set it to be shown, so then the title of the post will be displayed on top of the image.

Please go and edit the post (open normal WordPress editor), then scroll down to the Settings > Hero and set it to be shown, then go to Appearance > Customize > Blog > Post > Title and set it to be hidden, so this will display the post at the top of the image and remove it from the bottom.
