I've logged into your website with the wp-admin that you gave me in another ticket, and I've set the permalinks to post name by going to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, and now everything is alright.
If you are using thumbnail sizer after finishing the posts, you have to regenerate their thumbnails, follow the instructions below to regenerate thumbnails.

1) I've deleted the plugin that I've sent you before and I've installed the following one to regenerate thumbnails, so now can you please take a look at the portolio?
Please make sure to change the layout of the posts to Masonry then check the portfolio page again, also please try to clear the cache of the browser before checking the page.
