I've just checked your site and saw that everything was imported alright as it should be, now all you need to do is to start uploading photos and content on the demos,
If you'll start with the header template, there's how you need to edit it.
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad
Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.
Im not really hapy with the theme. I bought for a template with a nice style, where I just need to change photos, text, not to creaty a header, edit style, import manually demos that I like and other things that this theme is necessary to do. If you can see on my screenshot this is how products show, this is not what I saw before to buy. Is posibble my refund? I wont use this theme. In not really satisfied. Is not easy to use and this make spend more time than normal.
We're so sorry for your experience with our Bifrost theme, we can help you to solve your issues, but as I saw, you've made great progress on your site, and I couldn't find a page that is displaying the products like in the attached screenshot if you could provide me with the URL of that page so I can check it.
But if you have already decided not to use the Bifrost, sure we'll accept a refund request, hope in the future our paths will cross again.

It seems like your server is blocking the request to our server (503 error), if you access directly the URL you can find the content.xml file.

So there are two solutions.
1) Contact the hosting provider and explain the issue (503 issue in importing).
2) Save the file from main-demo.xml and go to Dashboard > Tools Import and import the file manually(XML file).
