So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
When we update the Neuron Core plugin, templates for header and footer disappear. They can still be found via search but cannot be used, because it shows that they are "outdated". Once we edit the header, there is no way to add the menu through elementor, can you please help how to resolve this?

Please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Bifrost theme and Neuron Core plugin.
You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below:

You were using version 2.0.2 of the Neuron Core plugin, so I've updated it to version 2.1.6, and now everything is alrigt.
