I updated wordpress to 5.7.1 and also all the plugins and Proton theme, and suddenly the gallery option into the post is not working and all my gallery disappear from website as well.
I was checking other tickets related with this issue and I read that should be installed "Repeater Field" and "Flexible Content Field", and both of them are activated.
Also, I check if it can be some issue related to some other plugin, but I deactivated all plugins and still same issue, so it cannot be because of that.
Any help? I'm thinking if it can be related to the PHP version but with DEBUG mode, neither appear any issue.

This can be caused by a plugin, so please try to deactivate all other plugins besides those that are required by the theme and check if the issue is gone, if so, then activate the plugins one by one until the issue is back, this will help you to find out which plugin is causing this issue.
That's why I contact with you, because everything is updated, I tried to disable plugins, etc...but still is not working. I gave you a user as you asked me last time, just to check what can be wrong.
This issue was caused because you were running an older version for plugins ACF Repeater and ACF Flexible Content, so I've updated them and now everything is alright.
I've updated them by deleting then I've gone to Appearance > Install Plugins.
