Really disappointed with this product. I bought the demo. You've given me something utterly different.
1) Woocommerce tells me most of the files are out of date and I have to replace them. Where I get new ones, I have no idea. So thanks. Why are you issuing a version of this theme from themeforest that is from 2019?
2) No media. I get a media upload fail, both with the one-click installer and if I manually install the content.xml file. You told another customer to ignore this. Well that's great, but I bought the template I saw. You've given me something else.
3) No footers. Why not? Again, am I now supposed to manually build a footer and add it in? I bought the template so it was done. What am I paying for if I have to do it all from scratch?
4) No social media icons with headers or elements. Just irritating stuff like this.
5) 2 pages of whitespace under the makeshift footer on 'furniture shop'. Why? It isn't like that in your demo! 🤬 Why do I now have to waste time trying to fix this?
6) I uploaded the headers demo. Where are they? I have nothing to choose from? Do I have to build them from scratch too? Why is your documentation so lousy?
7) Elementor ... why? It is absolute garbage. So little control and so few options ... unless I want to pay a bunch for the pro version. Not a great experience.
I've build dozens of Wordpress sites. You don't get this with Avada or Betheme or Porto.
So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
After you've updated the theme, all of those issues should be gone, but if there's still any issue remaining please let me know.
I've got the default footer turned on. Inspecting the code tells me it is there ... but zero pixels high. And why all the whitespace? I actually just like the simple footer on https://www.andrewjameshome.co.uk/projects-gallery/ but it seems that is an element ... not a footer and so no way to get it on every page unless I do it manually.
Also hover over the menu 'elements' or 'projects' items. Why are they broken as well?
As you've imported the demo without the latest versions of the theme, there may have been some errors, so can you please download the following plugin and reset your site, then you can import the demo again, but please don't forget to install and activate all the required plugins that can be found at Appearance > Install Plugins before importing the demo data.
If you can't manage to reset it, you can provide me with your wp-admin, so I can do it for you, please make sure to click on private reply, so no one else will be able to see it.
2) Please go and check those pages that are having this issue with the footer, and at the Settings > Footer, check if all of the settings are set to inherit, if not, then set the settings to inherit, and the footer will get inherited from Appearance > Customize > Footer.

Please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Arkhitekton theme and Neuron Core plugin.
You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below:

So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
After you've updated the theme, all of those issues should be gone, but if there's still any issue remaining please let me know.

I did import with the latest version of the theme. 1.2.5. But it comes with outdated modules. See attachment.

1) The menu can be fixed just by removing the Mega Menu by going to Appearance > Menu, so I've already done that.
