Unfortunately, I can't view the image, it seems like a system issue.
You can't add both the logo and text, but what you can do is to add the top header and then add text on it, you can add the top header by going to Appearance > Customzie > Header > Top Header.
Could you explain if I can add a logo + text in the header area (top left corner)?
