When I first installed the theme I was able to import a template, but now when I attempt to import a template I get a 503 error.
"An error occurred while fetching file from: https://neuronthemes.com/bifrost/demo-importer/pages/about-creative.xml! Reason: 503 - Service Unavailable."
I contact my host Siteground and they said "We are an official partner with ThemeForest and as such, we would be more than happy to install the demo content for you" But I need the demo files, which I don't have
Got it, thanks. Took me a while to figure out how to import. You might want to consider adding to the import instructions. For example: Once you select "Import" choose "Run Importer" under "One Click Demo Import" This will take you to the "One Click Demo Import" options page. Click text link "Switch to Manual Import". Under "Manual Demo File Import" choose "Select a File" under "Import Content"

Hi,
It seems like your server is blocking the request to our server (503 error), if you access directly the URL you can find the content.xml file.
So there are two solutions.
1) Contact the hosting provider and explain the issue (503 issue in importing).
2) Save the file from main-demo.xml and go to Dashboard > Tools Import and import the file manually(XML file).
Feel free to ask for anything you need.
Kind Regards
