Please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins and make sure that you've installed the required plugins by the theme, also install the One Click Demo Importer plugin, then go to Appearance > Import Demo Data and you can import the demo from there.

He mentioned it is asking for an importer plugin. However, this plugin did not come with the zip file.
