We can add another badge on Media Gallery with some CSS code, so are you wanting to add another one below the "New" and "Hot" badge, or to create a new one and to add it for specific items.
I managed to figure a way to convert the existing ones to have different text (see image), but it would be nice to be able to have an option to have more, with changeable text and colours.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you if there's going to be a third option for badges of Media Gallery on the recent updates or not, but as I've told you before, we can create a new badge via CSS for specific items, so then when you add a new item, all you need to do is to grab its CSS class and add it on the code that we've added before.
