If I try to Activate the Neuron Core Plugin I get a fatal error I can't debug myself. What should I do exactly? Can you please help me solving this issue as otherwise I can't work on my site, all most important features and elements are not working.
So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.
Thanks, with the Envato plugin I managed to install the Neuron Core. I have one critical question in order to finalise my site. The menu disappeared when Neuron Core was missing and despite I reinstalled it didn't come back.
I tried to fix this dragging the Neuron Core Menu component while in the Elementor Editor, but it does not look like the one I had before. There are several issues:
- The logo is missing and I don't see any option in the editor to add it back
- the items with dropdown have an issue since I installed the theme. When you hover the main menu item the subitems are showing up, but when moving the mouse to click on one of them they disappear
FYI I have 2 menus: 1 for Italian and 1 for the English version of my site.
Can you please help fixing this or suggest what to do please?
2) The menu is getting behind the images on the first section, so I've added a z-index to the menu and it's displaying alright, also, it's better to add the menu on the header, and not on the page.
Stupid me, I didn't think about the z-index issue.
Regarding the header thing you mentioned, how am I supposed to create the header module I can use on each page, so that I can avoid adding the single components (menu + logo) within the page if that it is not the correct way.
