Finally I looked at the website on my mobile. There was a big issue and I can't find out how to fix it. Basically if you see the menu preview image attached, it is the same as the view on my iPhone.
The logo goes out of frame right and the dropdown menu bars are missing.
On the phone it means you have to move right to find them.
Is it possible to have the images like the tablet version, so the logo is smaller and the 3 stripe menu is visible?
There's displaying a login form that is covering the space on the right and it's creating the horizontal scroll, please try to deactivate any plugin for login that you're using and check if the issue is gone.
So when you update the theme, please delete the Neuron Core plugin and install it again by going to Appearance > Install Plugins. It's already included in the theme.

I disabled any plugin that has a form association and the issue is still there.
The only other possibility is that there is a one time pop-up window that activates.
To the life of me I can't see how I can even adjust that in Elementor.

Please make sure that you're running the latest version of the Bifrost theme and Neuron Core plugin.
You can update the theme directly on your dashboard, via the plugin below:

OK, done that. The issue still seems to be there in the mobile version.
