I purchased the Arkhitekton theme for my client's website project. While trying to walk them through the Envato Live Demo. The Projects section keeps breaking and goes blank. It is inconsistent but breaks more often than not. I really want to use it for this project but my client is worried it will behave this way when installed on there site. I am on an iMac 27, OS Catalina Ver.
10.15.7, FireFox Ver. 86.0.1. I also tried it with Safari Ver. 14.0.3 with the same result. I have attached a screen shot of what I am seeing.
First of all, you need to be sure that you've installed and activated all the plugins that are required by the theme, you can find them by going to Appearance > Install Plugins.
After you activate the required plugins, you can go to Appearance > Install plugins and install also the One Click Demo Importer plugin, then go to Appearance > Import Demo Data and start importing the demo, after you import the demo, you can go to Settings > Reading and select the home page from there.
After you have selected the Home page, you can customize the header, you can install all the header templates that are included on the theme by going to Appearance > Import Demo Data > Templates.
How to edit the Header Template?
In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template.
That is not quite what I am talking about. The Demo on Envato is not functioning correctly for me to walk the client through it. They don't want it installed on their server unless they can see it functioning properly.
Sorry if I am not being clear enough for you. This has nothing to do with my installation. I haven't even installed it yet on the client's server. This has to do with your installation on the Envato ThemeForest demo server. See attached image. When I launch the Live Demo and select the Architect demo, click Projects then click a project image it goes white and is broken until restart. Happens every time. Hope that is clear enough for you. I am sure you are loosing out on sales because a folks are not going to trust a product that doesn't work in the sales demo.
OK, Did the same thing on my iMac. I cleared the history and cookies and still did it. I then tried on my phone and it works fine, and went to my laptop with Chrome and it works with your link and breaks when I go through the ThemeForest link.
You can ignore it since that is being displayed from an iframe of Envato, which could break the things, checking items directly reflects how the theme actually is.

Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.
