I've purchased the Amartha theme but the dashboard hasn't asked me to install any plugins. I'm following the guidance here - https://neuronthemes.com/documentation/amartha/ but there is no Neuron Core plugin available to download. Can you advise me where I would get this please?

Cancel this, I've managed to work it out. 

For those who are in the same position, you need to go to Appearance > Install plugins as opposed to the normal plugin install route.
