    Hello.

    I have update the theme to the last version, and now my website is all empty how can fix it? Why have happened?

    Ok I have back down the version 2.1.6 and is working now. But I don't know why doesn't work the new version on my web. Can you help me?

    Hi Licua,

    I am sorry for the late reply.

    When you update, please make sure to remove Neuron Core Plugin and install the latest version, that's the key if things don't work properly.

    Make sure to test it on a staging site.

    Theme Version: 2.1.9

    Plugin Version: 2.1.6

    Is there any issue appearing or only blank? Are you testing it on any staging site.

    Appear in blank, its like no compatible with elementor (i dont know) I'm testing on my web. But I have back down the version 2.1.6 again

    Can you disable the authenticator for staging at least? So, I can get inside. Or what's the url of that.

    Maybe there's any plugin that is doing that, please talk to your host providers they'll be able to tell you exactly with the info.

    If you try log in without google aunthenticator, doesn't work? We have tried with other computer and works

    Hi Licua,

    It seems like you have updated the site to the latest version, so I don't have to install staging.

    Can you please check it again, it seems like minifying & combining the JS via the autoptimizer caused the issue, I have disabled it temporarily but you can enable it without combining the JS.
