Hello, I'm starting to customice my theme but I can't find how to choose the layout wen I want to publish a new item in the portfolio. As I imported the demo data I've got all samples but wen I tryed to create a new Item it uses some defaul lay out but none of the ones in teh samples. Can you tell me how to do that?

You can try the Duplicator plugin.

You can duplicate the portfolio items that seem okay and fit your needs.
