    So this is a second ticket I'm issuing since there was no response to the private ticket that I issued more than 36 hours ago.

    Despite importing demo contents EXACTLY as per the instructions in the videos I'm unable to import the desired demo. I tried reinstalling the theme, resetting my entire website but still problems are persisting. I have also provided details about WP access more than 24 hours ago but there has been absolutely NO response from your end.

    I opted for an extended support but I still haven't received ANY response to my grievances. Kindly respond asap or I will have no choice but to demand a refund. This attitude is quite disappointing honestly.

    I am truly sorry for the late reply, we had some holidays + the weekend. We'll try to cover as much as possible this week.

    We're based in Europe with GMT + 1 time, I apologize for the late replies, but counting the time that it was midnight + the weekend, we were not able to respond.

    If you decided not to keep Bifrost, we'll accept the refund without a problem.
