I am truly sorry for the late reply, we had some holidays + the weekend. We'll try to cover as much as possible this week.
1) Unfortunately, the images are not included in the package, since not all of them are free to use. If you need specific images, I can bundle them and send it to you.
2) It seems like your server execution time is on low settings, I have uploaded that XML template here, so please extract(unarchive) it and upload it directly at Tools > Import (Run WordPress Importer).
Feel free to ask for anything you need.

Is there anything missing from the demo import? That can be only a placeholder missing, so it will be replaced automatically. You can ignore that.
The demo seems to be importer correct.

But I cant download full theme with image, I cant see any image here!
