    Hi Sasan,

    We're sorry for the misunderstanding, there are 2 support agents, and their tickets are separated. They are both on holiday, so it really doesn't depend on how they perform their ticket response.

    If you decided your mind, not to stay with proton, please let us know, we'll accept the refund. But we'll be pleased to help, especially after the 10th of January, the response doesn't take more than a few hours on all tickets.
