Are you saying to create a template with theme builder and use it at all portfolios, you can't do that at all, but what you can do is to create a template on how do you want them all to have, and use the Yoast Duplicate Post plugin to duplicate that portfolio item and create the other ones like that one.
can i edit or modify portfolio item layout like grid builder ?
