Hi there, I have experienced some strange behavior when filling my portfolio with items. First, the masonry grid is only aligning occasionally, and also the category filters often don't work. I have not changed any codes or anything, I have followed the instructions on your site and also tried different computers and different browsers but the problem persists across all devices and browsers. Sometimes, for some reason, it works fine but when I refresh then the filters are not clickable and masonry grid has huge gaps.

Hey guys, I have exactly the same problem with my Proton Theme after getting the Proton Version 1.4.6 and updating WordPress to the latest version. It says I should update the WP Bakery page Builder plugin, but the update can'e de done. Due to that I have huge gaps between the pictures on the homescreen – sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Miriam to update WPBakery Page Builder, please remove WPBakery and install it again from Appearance > Install Plugins, the latest version is bundled on the theme.
Sasam & Miriam, can you please let me know the browser and device you're doing the tests on, one more thing, please clear the cache after updating to 1.4.6, WordPress 5.6 changed the version of jQuery, so some of the functions of our dependencies does not work properly, so that was a huge change(5.6 WordPress), we have investigated in the version 1.4.6 and released an update especially for that, I am doing tests on my localhost, in Macbook Pro 16" (Safari - Chrome - Firefox), there's no single issue. So, maybe I'm missing any part of the test.

I managed to update wp bakery page bulider, version 6.5.0. Thanks for your help with this. Unfortunately the problem is still the same. Clearing the cache does not help.
I'm using chrome on macbook pro 15'' and 13''. Safari shows the same.
Hi, also cleared the cache on my browsers as well as on wordpress. I have actually purchased the theme twice and run it on two different servers with the same problem of the masonry grid not aligning and the filters only working occasionally. Looking forward to your feedback.
I am truly sorry for the late reply, as for the issue when I have inspected blacksignal.de, I just spotted that some piece of code was missing in update 1.4.6. I don't know how we missed it, we didn't push the whole code to the ThemeForest. That's why on my localhost it was working alright.
I apologize for that. After installing a fresh copy of updating it via the Envato Market plugin, everything would work alright again.

You can update the theme via this plugin. https://envato.com/market-plugin/
After the update, the issue will be gone.
That's the best way to update the theme, free to ask for anything you need
