As I could see the images are not displaying because the image will be in the background of that column, so the columns don't have any content and it doesn't have a height to display the photos, so as you've inserted an inner-section into that column I've set a min-height to that inner-section for the tablet, you should do the same thing with the others.
Yeah that column containing the inner section you have added the 450px min height to gets hidden on tablet and mobile! So dont know if that's the issue? I dont actually have an iPad to test it on myself, I was told by someone else.
I've just checked your website again, and I figured out that you've set the column to be hidden for tablet and mobile, please also checked the other columns maybe you've set all of them to be hidden.
