Puedes ver mejor los errores revisando el fichero error_log de la carpeta /public_html/carolinajimenez.es/ y de la carpeta /public_html/carolinajimenez.es/wp-admin
Pásaselos al soporte del Tema ya que el problema al ser del propio código desde aquí no podríamos ayudarte
That was happening because you haven't install the Advanced Custom Field plugin, which is required by the theme, so now I've installed and activated it for you and everything is alright.
