You can find them by going to Dashboard > Templates, and then you can use them in your pages if you go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Layout > Template.
Nope, none of them are there. The only thing there are the template I have made myself. None of the other headers for the theme have been installed. Why is this?
I really don't know what was going on, but I've imported the header templates manually for you by going to Dashboard > Tools > Import >WordPress Importer.
