    Hi,

    The coupon message won't get disappear after some time. Once the error/message appeared it displayed forever.

    Please check.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Please try by adding the following code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    .message-holder {
        position: relative !important;
        top: 10px;
    }

    Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

    There are so many loopholes in the theme. When you guys going to update the theme again?

    and pay me I will do testing for you ;)

    After I applied those css  to message-holder it appears weirdly at account page. On account page the error messages gets hide after sometime, but after Appling position relative, there is a large space present at the top. I think the jQuery is not working on checkout page for coupon.  the message-holders works fine on  other pages, it just stuck for coupon error. Please check!

    Thanks

    Hi,

    The issue is not with the backend. Let me explain to you.

    .message-holder

    displayed Woocommerce error messages on my-account page and checkout page. On my -account page the message gets displays for a second and hide by jquery/something (I don't know). Now on the checkout page, it sticks to the screen and won't hide.(That I raised a ticket for). It has the same CSS property position: fixed. so you provided me the solution to make it position: relative. and on the my-account page, it displays at the top of the form but gets disappear after a second and leaves blank space, obviously due to CSS. The same piece of code behaves differently on two pages.

    I cannot provide backend details for something that has been designed in the theme itself. I cannot add or remove something from the backend not on the my-account page nor on the checkout page. Hope you will take responsibility for these issues and correct them in the upcoming theme updates.
    P.s I can correct them via CSS but these are some sort of loopholes, that you people failed to recognize.

    Here is the link to the website: https://kutbuddinraja.com/mellowicecream/
    I advise you to test the theme also, for such issues.
    Thanks

    Hi,

    I am sorry for the late reply.

    We will fix them in the upcoming updates, thank you for letting us know.

    That’s because WooCommerce adds a class to hide it, if you want to continue displaying it, you can simply add the following Custom CSS.

    .message-holder.hide {
        opacity: 1 !important;
        visibility: visible !important;
    }

    Please test it and let us know if it works alright.

    Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards
