    Hello

    We are unable to update changes made to this page and elementor eventually froze. It kept showing the "Server Error 500" message when we click to update the page. Please see the attached screen shots. It seems like the pages in the red box are being automatically redirected to the original server.

    Thank you,

    Norna

    Hi Norna,

    Can you please provide us with your wp-admin, we'll check it quickly.

    Make also sure that you're running on the preferred PHP settings.

    PHP Recommendations

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
    Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
    Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

    If you don’t have access to the php.ini file, you can add the following values in your .htaccess file:

    php_value max_execution_time 400
    php_value memory_limit 256M
    php_value upload_max_filesize 10M

    Be careful using these settings, some hosting companies don’t allow users to change php settings, if you experience any problem after making these changes, please revert these in your .htaccess file, using your FTP client.

    Feel free to ask for anything you need.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for the responses! I was also wondering if there is a way to change the color of the main menu bar and the footer on the bottom. Thank you!

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply! I disabled the redirect link as instructed below but still can't get our "About Us" page to work. Whenever I click the 'Edit with elementor' button from Pages an error pops out. Please see the attached screenshot. Thank you so much!

    Hi,

    Yes you can change the color of menu items if you go to Appearance > Customize > Style > Menu.

    - https://prnt.sc/va3h9w

    And for the footer as you're using the default one you can choose between dark and light footer, but if you want to have the default footer with another color please tell us the color and we will sent you the CSS code for that.

    Hello again,

    Just wondering if you could help us change the background color of both the header and footer to #0c375f.

    We cannot recall the original 'About Us' template because of the error 500 that occurred. So we have to create the page from scratch now. However, we really like one of the sections you have in there with the three pictures (columns) and a text box appears when hovered over each. Is there a way you could send us that template again?

    Thank you again for all your help!

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for the code. I apologize for not being clear in my previous post. We were hoping to set the main men bar transparent when on top of the page and only switch to solid navy when scrolling. The footer just remains solid navy throughout.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi,

    We've updated the code that we've sent before so please now add the following code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and it will change the color of the header when you scroll.

    And if you want that it to affect also in the footer you need to change the footer skin to light.

    .l-primary-header--default-wrapper .headroom--not-top,
    .l-primary-footer.l-primary-footer--light-skin {
        background-color: #0c375f !important;
    }

    Hello,

    Thank you very much. Could you tell me where I can set the main menu text color to black (w/ navy blue background) when at the top of the page and switch to white (against navy background) for when I start scrolling?

    And also how to change the text color of the footer please because it is currently black/dark against a blue background.

    Thank you!

    To change the color of menu items on scroll please add the following code at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    .l-primary-header--default-wrapper .headroom--not-top ul.menu.m-header-default-menu li.menu-item > a{

    Hello,

    Thank you for the help with the header. It looks great!

    Just wondering how to change the font color of the footer because the font turns dark when we select light skin. It doesn't show well against the navy.

    Thank you!

    Hello!

    We have a few questions regarding the webpage:

    1. The footer in some template pages are abbreviated with only the copyright info. Can  we have the complete footer on every page?

    2. Can we remove the 'magnifying glass' search button in the menu bar and potentially put a 'Call to action' button (Book an appointment) in its place?

    Thank you for all your help!

    Hi,

    1) Please go and edit those pages that have different footer, and go to footer options and set it to inherit.

    https://prnt.sc/vg06j5

    2) We're sorry but if you are using the default header you can't do that, only if you are using the template header.

    How to edit Header Template?

    In the theme you can either use the header that comes as default where you can upload the logo from Customizer and manage it from there or via Elementor where you can create headers and assign them to different pages, so please hover onto button Edit with Elementor and see if there appears a header template. https://prnt.sc/ppaaad

    Click onto the template and the editor for that template will be opened where you can easily edit it.

    Hello!

    Can we adjust the text font size in the default menu bar? Because when we switch from English to Traditional Chinese the text becomes too small to read.

    Can the color of the 'magnifying glass'  in the menu bar also turn white we start scrolling so that its visible against the navy background?

    Thank you!

    Hello!

    We picked the 'Boxed metro' blog template with the 'layout v2' inner page for our website. However, we cannot figure out how to set layout v2 within the boxed metro template. Also, can we post through dashboard directly?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    In the Boxed Metro layout, you need to select the posts manually to display, please check the attached screenshot.

    Also when you post a new post if you want to display it with the Boxed Metro layout, you need to select it also.
