Writing to you with some issues we have, actually I did not worked on the site in the last few weeks because of corona shit and the kids are at home all the time with no schools.. 🤦🏻♀️
And I don't know if it's all OK to ask in your support, and I guess I can find some answers on my own but I'm sending it all to you anyway….
So:
1. The boxes in the portfolio items on the main page are not shown / disappear, you can see only the filters menu. In some computers in all modes, and other computers & mobiles only in desktop it shows only in the desktop. Actually I think that it's shown only in my comp where I work on the site. please sea attachment.
2. also footer & social icons in the header disappears in some computers. ( but in mine its all shown, the comp I work on the site)
3. In the portfolio item page there is a big height space in the hero. I tried to change it on the hero sizes in the portfolio items page and also in the costomize but did not secede. I want it to be in top after the header. Like in other pages as in about & services.
4. Where is the ‘portfolio’ page? We can see it in the Breadcrumb, or in the middel of the navigation but the page is not found when click it on.
5. where to change the color of the links and buttons in al the template. I looked it on costomize but couldn't find it nowhere.
6. the hamburger menu in mobile is not open.
7. There is no space between icons of the social media in mobile.
8. A button of ‘show more’ in the gallery after the first 9/ 12 items - I remember i saw in on the template but its not on my website.
9. Since I moved the site from the temporary domain to its own, I notice it's a bit slower. What do you recommend me to check?

I discovered through your answers that my theme is not up to date, although it's not showing me updates and it said it is. Guess that could be a reason for some of the problems.
So the problem now is that I don't know how to update it. please look here:

1) We've updated you the Neuron Core plugin by deleting the previous one you had and installed the latest version of it.
2) We've updated the code that we've sent you before and now the space at the top of that video is smaller.
3) The pagination will show now, but all you need to do is to add a new post element in your page and delete that old one you have.
