    I have many tickets opened in my "My tickets".

    ¿How can I know (or I send you an idea) How can, or is there a way to mark those that are closed, or can I close them?

    And: I miss the "Public number of title". every time I need to see , or review MY TICKETS, I need to open one by one to see its the one that I need.

    No worries, after 7 days of inactivity they will close. It's better to group all the questions in only one ticket.
