    To whom this may concern,

    I just purchased your AMARTHA Theme (Fri. 2 Oct. 2020) through Envato.

    I unzipped the original file to find the amartha.zip file and its' child theme.

    I follow the instructions to install the amartha.zip, but when I do it says "page not found." I attempted several times, but got the same result.

    Why is this happening? Please resolve this asap or I shall ask for refund for the fact if the product doesn't actual function.

    To add to my submitted ticket, my website is as with the following settings:

    PHP version to 7.0 and

    Memory Size: memory_limit = 256M
Script execution time: max_execution_time = 400
Number of input variables: max_input_vars = 4000

    and yet i have a problem installing the theme
