Please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Typography > Portfolio and there you can change the typography of portfolio page if you're not editing it with Elementor, and if you're editing it with Elementor you can simply edit the elements that you have in your Portfolio Pages by going to style tab of that element.
